These additional charges are payable:-

• Prices quoted are per week and includes VAT, heating in all rooms and electric. Central heating is an extra £25.
• Prices are for 4 people. Extra persons are £25 per person, per week.
• Bedding is available for hire at £10 for a double set and £7 for a single set per week.
• Pets (maximum of 2) are charged at £30 for each pet per week.

Short breaks

These are available at certain times of the year and must be for a minimum of 3 nights. 60% of the weekly rate for 3 nights, extra nights cost 1/7th of the weekly rate.

2 week bookings

£50 discount on bookings of 2 weeks.

Small party deduction

20% discount for up to 2 people sharing a holiday home on week bookings made up to and including week commencing 15th May and from 4th September onwards.
