Holiday Homes
All our four star holiday homes are modern models with home from home comforts. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, microwave, full sized oven & coffee machine. A bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet & lounge with gas fire, television and cd/radio.
WIFI is available in the manor house. There is outdoor furniture for those of you that enjoy el fresco eating!
We have the Dartmoor and Dartmoor super holiday homes to choose from. The Dartmoor super is a larger holiday home giving more living space and is ideal for families. We have a Dartmoor and a Dartmoor Super available with central heating (extra cost of £25 a week), please check for availability before booking. All the holiday homes have heating in all the rooms.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided all you need to bring are towels and tea towels.
The holiday homes have 2 bedrooms (the Dartmoor Super also has a pull out bed in the lounge suitable for one adult or 2 small children). Travel cots can be provided.
Dogs (maximum of 2) are allowed in some of the holiday homes but please make sure you bring a blanket or bed for your pets and that you never leave your pet unattended in the units.
All the holiday homes are non-smoking.
The Manor house has a lounge bar, dining room, WIFI access and games room available for your use. For our young visitors, we have a playground surrounded by grass and picnic benches. Please note that bikes cannot be ridden on the park; there are plenty of quiet lanes and cycleways nearby.
Discounts are available for:-
- off-peak short breaks (minimum of 3 nights)
- only 2 people sharing a unit on off-peak week bookings
- 2 week bookings

Holiday Homes for Sale
If you enjoy Dartmoor and the surrounding area then we often have holiday homes for sale. Our season runs from 15th March to 15th November and between these months you and your family & friends can enjoy your own holiday home on Dartmoor.
