These additional charges are payable:-
- Prices quoted include VAT, heating in all rooms and electric. Central heating is an extra £25.
- Pets (maximum of 2) are charged at £30 for each pet per week.
The holiday homes are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Easter breaks: Friday 29th March for 3 nights or Monday 1st April for 4 nights. Please contact us for prices and availability.
*Short breaks
Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are available. NB prices listed under 'short break' marked with an asterisk* are only bookable within 4 weeks of arrival.
2 week bookings
When you book for 2 weeks there is a £25 discount.
Small party deduction
A 10% discount on weekly bookings for 2 people sharing a unit from 16th March up to and including week commencing 11th May and from 7th September 2013 onwards.
