Our season runs from the 15th March to the 15th November each year and the holiday homes can be used by friends and family for holiday breaks.
You are well away from the hustle and bustle of life and can enjoy a weekend away from it all with home from home comforts in your own holiday home!

Costs involved owning a holiday home at Langstone Manor Park.
After the initial purchase of your holiday home there are annual and ongoing costs in keeping your holiday home.
Each year you will pay ground rent which for the next year (2009 - 2010) will be £1100.00 this includes VAT, water and sewerage.
On top of this there are rates at £222.65, insurance, gas and electric appliance annual checks plus whatever gas you use (provided by 47kg bottles) and electric (metered and read annually).
We also offer a winterisation service which is where the gas boiler in the home is drained down for the winter.
